How to Get Bitcoin

[ad_1]

If you're looking to get into the game of Bitcoin and hold your own coins, there are many options available. Here are some of the different methods available for acquiring some Bitcoin of your own.

Buy them from an exchange

One of the most common ways to acquire bitcoins is through an exchange. Websites like Bitstamp, BTC-E, or Cavirtex here in Canada, allow you to purchase Bitcoin. They don't sell Bitcoin themselves, but how it works is the exchanges pair you as a buyer with a seller who's selling for whatever price you're looking for.

This sounds like a great option, and in some ways it is, but it has its disadvantages as well.

One of the major ones is that the exchanges require you to add your personal information to them via Know Your Client legislation that's present in many countries in regards to currency-related businesses. This might not be a concern for everyone, but in a post-NSA scandal era, it's becoming more and more clear, at least to me, that data you put out there is more accessible than you think.

I might be a little paranoid, but who knows what might happen in the future. After all, just ten years ago the idea that the government is spying on everything we do was purely the realm of tin foil hat conspiracy theorists, and now it's just common knowledge. Who knows what's next?

As you can tell, I'm not a big fan of the exchanges. The idea that I have to give up my personal information to an entity which might have to release that information seems to go against the spirit of Bitcoin.

Fortunately, there are other options.

Mine them

Of course, there's only one place Bitcoins really come from; mining. Every Bitcoin you'll ever own, see, or hear about, was at one point mined via the Bitcoin mining network.

If you find yourself in possession of a mining rig, go ahead and mine away! Or if you have a computer fast enough to make it worthwhile, that's cool too.

But be careful! If your computer isn't cooled properly, you run the risk of overheating it, which could potentially brick it.

Frankly, mining with your computer isn't really worth it. Not anymore. As the mining difficulty increases, it becomes more and more difficult to gain any profit from it. And unless you have a dedicated mining rig, your chance of getting any sort of return from mining is pretty low.

Some argue that mining is on its way out, and even buying a dedicated mining rig isn't really a valid option anymore. I disagree, but that's a topic for another day.

Buy them from a private broker

If you're able to find a private broker, you can hook up with them and exchange. This has some obvious benefits, but it also has drawbacks.

First off, it's completely anonymous. Even if you meet in person, there's no reason you need to use your real name, or any details about yourself other than your wallet number so they can transfer the funds to you. And if you pay cash, the banks can't trace it either. So if that's a concern for you, you're in business.

But of course with anonymity comes some risk as well. Dealing through an exchange, the risk of getting ripped off is lower. Of course, exchanges have disappeared in the past, taking everyone's Bitcoins with them, but the bigger, more established exchanges have had time to build their brand and prove themselves as more trustworthy.

You may pay a price premium for that anonymity as well. From my experience, it can be as much as 15-20% higher than average exchange prices. But again, if anonymity is important to you, that's a small price to pay.

When you trade with someone anonymously, you don't have the security of the exchanges. They could be legit and honest, but they could just as easily be shady and willing to rip you off. That said, buying from a private broker is my preferred method of purchasing Bitcoin. But it's important to have safety measures in place, otherwise you're leaving yourself open to getting burned.

Accept them as payment for goods and services

This one is so obvious, yet often people forget about it. Amidst all the investors getting involved with Bitcoin and the excitement around the movement, it's easy to forget that Bitcoin is not just a hot commodity or high value stock. It's designed as a form of currency. And if you run a business, you can accept Bitcoin as payment instead of cash.

There are many different businesses which accept Bitcoin as a form of payment. If you live in Canada, check out this directory of businesses which accept Bitcoin.

In fact, several directories have popped up to help people find local businesses which accept Bitcoin. And, if you're a denizen of the web (and if you're reading this, you obviously are), there are tons of places which accept Bitcoin as payment. Tiger Direct, Reddit, and WordPress are just a few of them.

In short, there are many different ways to acquire Bitcoin. Some are easier than others, but with so many options, you're certain to find something which works for you. Get into the game now, don't miss out!

The Bitcoin Mining Game Has Changed

[ad_1]

ASCI or application-specific integrated circuit machines have arrived in the Bitcoin mining market. The first machine arrived at a miner's home in late January and ever since reports have been trickling in of shipped ASCI machines finding their way into miner's Bitcoin mining rigs.

Since ASCI machines are designed specifically for the task of mining Bitcoin, they are highly effective machines at what they are designed to do. High end ASCI machines have a per second hash rate of over 1 million. A typical CPU running Bitcoin mining software has a per second hash rate of 1.5.

Needless to say the shipment of ASCI machines have been a game changer in the Bitcoin world. CPUs are no longer even supported by Bitcoin mining software because a CPU running 24 hours a day would likely not see a Bitcoin for several years, even if it was mining in a pool.

This trend favors those interested in mining who also happen to have thousands of dollars lying around to be used on expensive hardware, as well as the early adopters of Bitcoin mining who likely have made a hefty profit from their early mining efforts. Those early profits could be rolled into the latest and greatest hardware and rig setup to continue generating Bitcoins well into the future.

Those miner who are running relatively powerful GPUs are being hit the worst by the ASCI development. The difficulty in successfully mining a block of Bitcoin has increased to a level that may make the cost of electricity outweigh the payout a GPU miner will see in Bitcoin from year to year.

All of this speculation is tied heavily to the stability of the price of Bitcoin going forward. If Bitcoin stays around the current 30 usd level then innovation will continue to progress. ASCI in part has contributed to the rally that Bitcoin has seen over the last 2 months. The USD exchange rate for Bitcoin has soared from 10 usd to 30 usd. It is hard to find an investment with that kind of return anywhere on the planet, so it is natural for Bitcoin to be drawing attention in recent days. But will this attention last? And if so will it bring more scrutiny and volatility than stability on the young digital currency? In the long term relative stability is the one trait that Bitcoin must establish if it is to accomplish the original goal of being a viable and competitive currency on a world scale.

So will Bitcoin transcend the current label of speculative instrument? The answer lies in a tangled web of variables that include the broad spectrum of humanity: politics, psychology, finance, fear, freedom, privacy, security ... etc. Regardless of the outcome it is sure to be a fascinating show.

Forex Price Shading

[ad_1]

Bid-offer spreads

Prices on currency exchange currency pairs are quoted as bid-offer spreads, the bid being the sell price and the offer being the buy cost. So, if the EUR / USD is quoted at 1.4256 / 1.4258, a trader desiring to go long ( buy ) would buy the currency pair at 1.4258, while a trader desiring to go short ( sell ) would sell the currency pair at 1.4256.

The difference between the 2 costs, in this case, is 2 pips, or 0.0002 ( a pip is generally measured as 0.0001 ).

Typically, the more liquid a currency exchange pair is, the smaller the bid / offer spread will be. The liquidity of a pair is decided by how many trades are happening on it, so that the most commonly traded pairs generally have the smallest bid-offer spreads.

How currency exchange providers make their cash

Foreign exchange is a market on which traders can trade commission-free. This means that currency exchange providers make their profits on the differences between the bid and offer costs.

In the case of the EUR / USD pair quoted at 1.4256 / 1.4258, a trader going long would buy the pair at 1.4258. The pair, now costed at 1.4256 in the market, would have to rise 3 pips for the trader to earn a profit one pip to 1.4257, a 2nd pip to 1.4258 ( the break-even point ), and a 3rd pip to 1.4259. The two-pip movement in which the trader breaks even is where the currency exchange provider makes its profit.

What is price shading?

Currency exchange providers generally add pips to the prices quoted to them by the banks to extend their margin. Price shading is when a currency exchange provider, believing that a particular currency is going to move in a certain direction, will add pips to one side of the currency quote. So if a currency exchange provider assumed the EUR / USD pair would rise, it may quote the pair at 1.4256 / 1.4260, instead of 1.4256 / 1.4258, meaning that a trader going long would have to buy the pair at 1.4260.

Accordingly, the currency pair would have to move 5 pips for the trader to earn a profit, and the four-pip movement in which the trader broke even would be the currency exchange provider's profit.

Generally, if there are way more buyers than sellers of a currency pair, a provider will shade the buy side by adding pips to the offer cost. Likewise, if there are far more sellers than buyers of a currency pair, a provider will shade the sell side by adding pips to the bid cost.

Why it works

If there were 500 consumers and 500 sellers of a certain currency pair, and the foreign exchange provider had added one pip to each side of the inter-bank quote, the provider would make one pip for each trade ( or 1,000 pips ).

If there were 300 customers and 700 sellers, the provider would add 2 pips to the bid price and no pips to the offer cost.

So that the inter-bank rate for the EUR / USD pair is 1.4255 / 1.4256 and the broker quotes it at 1.4253 / 1.4256, meaning the sellers sell at 1.4253 while the buyers buy at 1.4256. As the amount of sellers in the market is higher than the number of buyers, the currency pair falls in value. The pair wants to fall by 2 pips for the sellers to break even ( from 1.4255 to 1.4253 ), and the foreign exchange provider makes those 2 pips in profit. That is 1,400 pips of profit for 1,000 traders.

The simplest way to use this to your advantage

To ascertain whether your forex provider is using price shading you would need to compare the quoted costs to those quoted by Reuters or Bloomberg, or create an account with 2 providers, one of them being a straight-through processing broker who will charge a commission instead of profit on the bid / offer spread.

If your provider's costs are constantly biased to one side, it means that the majority of orders coming from retail patrons are coming from that side. Because the majority of retail investors are usually wrong, you might trade on the other side if the bias is on the purchase side, you might sell, and if the bias is on the sell side you might purchase.

Also, as these spreads drawback the majority by cutting into their profits ( remember, your forex pair wishes to cross the ask / buy spread to get to break even before you can turn a profit ), you will get advantages from not losing the shaded pips, fundamentally entering your position at a nicer price than the majority of investors.

When selecting a forex broker

Any broker that doesn't charge a commission for forex trading will make its profit in the ask / buy spread; and it is the trader's responsibility to compare different fx providers to underdant their commission structures and how they get paid.

A trader should choose a reputable provider based on the strength of the company, their history of service, any awards they have won and whether they are regulated by your country's regulatory authority. A good forex provider will offer this information freely, along with transparent information about their spreads, accessible on their website or by phone.

As forex spreads can vary thanks to the levels of liquidity in the market, a good forex broker should pass narrow spreads in the underlying market on to clients, as well as having a maximum spread cap.

Change A Tire - It's Starting To Seem Like Rocket Science!

[ad_1]

Flat tires can be a stressful and scary situation, especially if one occurs while driving. The article below outlines helpful tips for drivers in regards to tire maintenance, tire changing steps, and post-flat information.

The most important thing a driver can do is know their vehicle and know the most common mileage for tire rotations, tire inflations, and when to get new tires altogether. According to vehicle websites, the recommended mileage for tire rotations is between every 3,000 to 5,000 miles. This can be done with each oil change. However, in the vehicle owner's handbook, your manufacturer will give you their recommended mileage intervals which the driver should try to follow. Tire pressure directly correlates with the gas mileage you will get and is important to pay close attention to for safety reasons as well. With low tire pressure, the car's weight may not be spread evenly on the treads, causing extra wear to certain parts of the tire. Performance and safety are affected, as is the overall handling of your vehicle. Tire pressure is so significant to your vehicle's performance and reaction to dangerous situations that Edmunds.com states that soon, the government "is going to require that tire-pressure monitoring systems be standard in all new vehicles, and 30 percent happens to be the maximum amount that it feels is safe to allow for under-inflation." It is recommended to check your tire pressure at least once a month and also pay attention to uneven wear patterns on your tires.

Tire treads are also important to check frequently before your tires have no traction left. Traction is necessary for winter driving, driving in rainy conditions, off-road situations, and for safe stops and starts. To check your tread depth, you should purchase either an inexpensive gauge or do the infamous "penny test." To check it with the penny, stick the coin upside-down in the middle and the outside tread grooves. If you can see Lincoln's entire head, it is time for new tires. Not sure if you are doing these checks correctly? Remember, these are preventative services that your repair shop will do quickly to keep your vehicle and you safe. Likewise, keeping tabs on the condition of your tires and knowing which ones to use for winter driving make a huge difference in how your vehicle will react should you need to make an accident avoidance maneuver. Preventative maintenance is the best way to cure any major car problems. Service your vehicle regularly and be sure your repair shop checks for those minor issues ahead of time. These preventative maintenance checks should be done with each oil change at quite frequent intervals and should include looking at things like your breaks, battery and cables, tire inflation and condition, exhaust, all fluids, and lights.

The most important thing is very simply to get to know your car. How many of us even look at our tires? They are just a part of the car - you walk around and jump in day after day. Many issues with tires may not be noticeable without bending over, spinning the tire, and taking a close look, but some are. Be sure to make an appointment for service if you feel anything odd when driving. Even more than just when driving, be sure to get to know your vehicle by reading the manual. Many people forget about reading this significant tool and it ends up in the glove box with other paperwork, receipts, napkins, and maps. Know what the recommended mileage intervals are, know where important items are located in your vehicle for maintenance or emergencies, and know what the lights mean on your dashboard.

So how does one change a tire? Again, before you get into this situation, know where all of the tools are to change the tire - don't just assume that it's all in the trunk because if you have a newer vehicle, truck, or SUV, they probably aren't in the trunk at all. Be sure you know where the spare tire is and its capabilities, and the jack to go along with it, the lugnut wrench, a flashlights, and lights or flares. First, set aside an hour on a nice day and take out all of the necessary tools and lay them out. Check to ensure that everything is in good shape and is present. Second, put the car in park and set the emergency break. Park on flat ground and block the wheels with a rock or piece of wood no matter what. Verify that you have working flares and prepare to remove the tire. Then, with the lugnut wrench, remove the hubcap from the tire. Simply loosen the lugnuts that are holding the wheel in place. About ½ turn clockwise should do the trick. Do not completely remove the lugnuts before jacking up your car so the tire does not drop off and injure you. Next, jack the vehicle far enough off the ground so that a new, fully inflated tire will fit easily under the car. Then, remove the lugnuts from the tire. Be sure to keep track of them. Remove the tire and get it out of your way. Lift on the spare tire. Align the holes before attempting the placement. Make sure the air valve is facing out towards you. Then, replace the lugnuts you have set aside using your lugnut wrench. Most instructions tell you to tighten them in a star pattern to keep the tire from hanging off. Lastly, slowly lower the car using the jack. Once is has been lowered, finish tightening the lugnuts on the spare tire. Be sure to know the limitations of the spare tire and know where you will get it replaced.

Practice meets preparation. While these instructions may actually not sound all that difficult, they can be when you find yourself in the stressful situation. The best way to get around this is to practice at your home in your driveway. Have a teen or a new driver? Know someone who could benefit by practicing with you? Spend some time taking the tires on and off before you find yourself on the side of the highway trying it for the first time. You will stay much calmer and do a more efficient job if you know what to do beforehand. There may be issues that arise for those changing a tire. Newer vehicles using cast aluminum wheels may have oxidation causing them to stick with other metal parts, making them extremely difficult to remove from the car. Oxidation is what happens when oxygen reacts with the metal over time. If this is the case, remove the hubcaps and apply some anti-seize while wiping off the oxidized metal.

The highway is perhaps the most dangerous place to find yourself changing a flat tire. Stay calm and carefully pull over if you feel a problem with a tire. Be sure to pull off to the side of the road at a flat area with plenty of room to work, especially if the tire is on the driver's side. Be sure to keep emergency equipments like cones, flares, a jack, reflective clothing, and a flashlight in your trunk. Put on your hazard lights to let other drivers know you're pulled off, and stay aware of where you are working at all times, as well as where you are placing any lugnuts or tires while working. These will keep you and other drivers safe from any debris in the roadways.

Again, the best way to prevent such a dangerous scenario is by knowing your vehicle's recommended mileage intervals and checks, keeping track of tire inflation and condition, and being prepared by keeping all of the mentioned emergency tools for changing a tire as well as the skills and know-how in doing so.

Is Your Company Name Mythology-Inspired?

[ad_1]

Some of the most efficacious, recognized establishments inculcate mythological allegory and symbolism in their name branding, giving awareness to the consumers making the products more recognizable to them.

Patrons of these companies which bear mythological names in their company names have shown inclination and appreciation for the recognizable names they've fashioned for their companies. Mythology, be it Roman or Greek has influenced the lives of many people until the present day; this is perhaps the reason they are drawn to mythology-inspired company names.

Nike famed haste with a name derived from the Greek goddess of victory. Amazon fashioned a powerful brand name with its female warrior namesake; Olympus entitled their own brands of cameras after the place where the god and goddesses met.

Starbucks had one of the most recognizable logos in the market today, an image of a mermaid, borrowed the representation of a siren to mimic the influential, inexorable attraction of their products. In an effort to re-brand their armor image into a more cutting-edge, global-warming subtle logo, the oil company BP selected the Greek, white, green and yellow colored Helios emblem, which signified the power of sunlight.

The wide-reaching auto business is one of the major fabricators of mythology-inspired product names, with new models released every year that arouse symbols of influence and power. A mythical bird of fire and rebirth of Pontiac's Phoenix is one of the famous examples; Honda's Odyssey was named after the epic war; and Ford's Mercury and Orion was named after the god of communication and streets, and the slayer of beasts. Volkswagen, Buick and Toyota also used mythology-inspired names for some of their products, Eos, Electra and Echo. And a brand name for the entire company, Saturn, was coined after Zeus' father.

Mythology most definitely would not let the food industry escape its influence. Food industries based many of its symbols on mythological characters. Who doesn't give in to the temptation of the candy company's Mars chocolate? It was named after the Roman's god of war. While the international corporation, Poseidon Seafood makes use of the god of the sea as its symbol for their fish products. Trident gum coined its name after Zeus' weapon, the trident (thunderbolt); and Ambrosia Natural Foods went as far as the food of the gods in naming their corporation.

Mythology is everywhere! You come across words, names, companies, signage, and literary works almost daily. Whether you realize it or not, you kind of live in the past mythology at present.

The Principle of Ripples

[ad_1]

Be careful what you say and do - the ripples they cause might be HUGE!

We all know that when you throw a stone into the centre of a pond, the ripples travel outwards to the sides, creating a pretty picture of circles as this occurs. Throw several stones into the same pond and we create a complex picture of ripples interacting together but all with the same aim of reaching as far out as they can. Ripples, of course, can travel thousands of miles as demonstrated by some of the world's largest 'ripples' called Tsunamis.

Many years ago in Australia in the early 1970s, I attended one of those live-in weekend motivational programs that you hear so much about nowadays. One of the things they taught me was the "Kicking the Cat Principle." I recollect that the story goes something like this: A business executive gets out of bed, the telephone rings and he gets a message that upsets him. On his way out of the door the cat rubs up against him, but he swears and gives it a kick. When he arrives at work he shouts at his secretary to get his Operations Manager. The Ops manager arrives and receives a barrage of anger. The Ops manager in turn gets angry and when he gets back to his workplace, he berates one of the female Supervisors who then goes down to the shop floor and blasts one of her staff. The staff member then takes it out on the cleaner. The moral of the story might be that in the bigger picture of things, might it not have been better for the cleaner to go around to the business executives house earlier that day and kick his cat, and then everything in between might never have happened. Ripples of anger definitely travel quite far. Anyhow, I'm sure you get the picture.

As I was browsing the internet recently, I came across a phrase on BobScarborough.net presumably written by Bob Scarborough of Seattle, USA which says: "I believe we never know how far the ripples will reach when we toss a pebble of kindness into the pond of another's heart." Good words! In a movie I watched recently (the name escapes me), Angelina Jolie said something similar, as she talked about how things said thousands of years ago still have an impact in today's world, when she said: "You never know how far the ripples go." I also read on TheZenCenter.org that: "We never know how far the ripples of compassion might reach with a compassionate word, a kind gesture, a smile at a stranger. Allowing someone to merge on the road, giving directions to someone lost, helping an older person read the small print on a label at the store... who knows what ripples may flow out from and small kindness, and how far the ripples of kindness might go."

It seems apparent that even an expression on someone's face could cause enormous ripples across the whole planet as one person reacts to it and the domino effect takes over, and creates repercussions into the future. Of course, we have all heard of the story that it might be possible for a butterfly flapping its wings to cause an earthquake on the other side of the planet. The 2000 film "Pay It Forward" stirred quite a few minds when we are shown that our small acts of kindness can have huge impacts as the kindness is 'paid forward.'

There's another principle, too, that is quite amazing: "The Six Degrees of Separation" principle which states that we are only ever six people away from knowing everyone on the planet. In other words, you know someone, who knows someone, who knows someone, and so it goes. This only has to happen six times for you to make contact with the whole planet. So if you wanted to get a private message to the President of the United States, for example, in theory, you simply need to work out who the six people are that stand in between you and the President.

Around 1982, I came up with a little principle that I developed in my own mind and that was "The Principle of Knowingness." What I wrote was this:

"Our brains contain three compartments of 'Knowingness'. The first compartment contains things that 'you know that you know.' For example, you know how to ride a bicycle, tie your shoelaces, etc. The second compartment contains things that 'you know that you don't know.' For example, you might not know how to perform brain surgery, but you know that you don't know. The third compartment, which is much bigger than the other two, contains things that 'you don't know that you don't know." In the latter case, meaning things out there in the world that you don't even know are out there to be known."

Around 2002, I switched on the television one day as saw Donald Rumsfeld give a USA Department of Defense News Briefing where he said the following (quote):

"The message is that there are known knowns. These are things we know that we know. There are known unknowns. That is to say there are things that we now know we don't know. But there are also unknown unknowns, and these are the things we do not know we don't know, and each year we discover a few more of those unknown unknowns."

I was astounded! He was talking about the very principle that I had been talking about for years - except that, because I provide examples in my explanation, my explanation is probably more understandable, whereas the jumbled words of Rumsfeld is today a favorite on TV blooper programs.

I am certainly not seeking any credit here for having come up with this principle, because maybe I didn't. I acknowledge that it's possible that someone else on another part of the planet came up with it around the same time or earlier. If you read the book SuperNature by Dr Lyall Watson, you will understand that this is not just possible, but actually very likely.

No, the point I am making is that I came up with a little principle in my business world in Perth Western Australia in the early 1980s and I talked about it a fair bit. So, just imagine, for a moment, that if what came out of Donald Rumsfeld's mouth in 2002 actually DID originate from the principle I developed in the early 1980s, and that it had travelled through a myriad of 'ripples' to end up on Rumsfeld's lips two decades later.

"The Principle of Ripples" is quite profound, and I have tried to define it for you:- The Principle of Ripples is: "That any thought, action, deed, word or image has the power to travel immense distances through an ever-expanding ripple-effect, and is likely to grow, expand and influence outcomes far away from, and much larger than the initial starting point.

So what does this all mean? In your world, this means that it is possible that everything you do, think or say might have major consequences in the future far beyond your imagination.

So it's possible that if you stopped and helped the little old lady over the road this morning, that your act of kindness gets mixed up in the huge stew pot called the Universe, and eventually might have enormous effects on all manner of things to come. It's possible that if you stooped to pick up the piece of paper discarded by someone else and put it into the rubbish bin, that somehow, good things might happen to you at sometime in the near or far future. One argument, of course, could be that the outcomes may not necessarily be good. They may be bad, too.

Now, I'm not very religious, although I do have quite deep spiritual beliefs. I believe, for example, that there is something out there far beyond our comprehension that is controlling everything and 'watching' everything. It's not necessarily a God. It could be 'beings' that are millions of years ahead of us in technology living on stars or planets trillions of years older than ours. Did you know that there are 30,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 known stars out there beyond our own planet, and if life existed on only one in a billion stars, then life exists on three hundred billion stars out there. That's a fairly high probability that we are not alone, don't you think?

For many years, I have lived my life as if 'someone out there' somewhere beyond our imaginations is videoing every single act, deed, thought or spoken word in my life from birth to death. When I eventually leave this earthly plane, this 'person' will meet me with a video screen and play back my whole life in front of me - with a critique that goes something like this...

"You know that time you threw an empty coke can out of your car window in 1971, when you thought no-one was looking - well here it is, John! The man who eventually picked up your discarded empty can pulled a muscle in his back whilst picking it up, which led him to drive his car erratically, and he had an accident on the way home and was killed. That's one point you've lost, John!"

"Remember the time in 1983 when you attended a pool party in Australia, and you jumped into a swimming pool at the deep end where a little boy was laying unconscious on the bottom after he fell in, and you saved his life whilst everyone else just stood around drunk - well he's now the Chief Executive of a large international institution that provides aid to poor countries. That's two points you've earned, John!"

Hour after hour, I am shown every single aspect of my life, and at the end of the session, the person adds up the points, and I will leave it to your imagination as to what could happen next.

Now I am not telling you to do anything remotely like this, or to live every minute of your life by the Principle of Ripples. I just ask that you acknowledge it and think about it for a few moments. Your conscience will always tell you what is right or what is wrong as you go about your life. Simply see the world a bit differently. Just think about the things you do and say a bit more before you act or speak. They might just have more dramatic consequences than you could ever imagine both in your life and in your work.
